State Approved SES Providers

• Download and complete the SES Agreement Boilerplate.
• Provide two (2) copies of proposals submitted to the Virginia Board of Education for approved provider listing.
• Provide a current certificate of insurance with coverage limits as outlined in the Agreement specifying Newport News Public Schools as a policy holder.
