Tuition Reimbursement


  • Licensed teachers or full-time educational support staff seeking licensure are eligible for up to $2000 per NNPS semester (7/1-12/31 and 1/1 -6/30) within the fiscal school year.

  • You must be classified as full-time and eligible for benefits to participate in tuition reimbursement. You must also take coursework or pursue professional certifications directly related to your position with NNPS.

  • Tuition reimbursement must be through an accredited college or university.

  • Tuition reimbursement will only be processed when the employee provides proof of a "C" or better or a "P" grade (pass/fail scale).

  • Employees must submit a tuition reimbursement form at least one week before the course start date.

  • The employee must submit proof of tuition payment and evidence of a passing grade ("C" or better) within 30 days of the course's completion.

  • Tuition reimbursement payments depend on the availability of funds and are not considered final until all required documents have been submitted.

  • If you are requesting reimbursement for the VCLA or Praxis exams, please enter the name of the test, the test number, the test cost, and the test date in the corresponding fields.

  • If you are requesting reimbursement for more than one course, please submit a separate request for each course.

  • If you need to change your request (drop the class, change course dates, etc.) DO NOT submit another request. Email [email protected] with the specific changes needed to your request.
