Now is the right time to join the NNPS Wellness Program. Employees who participate in the NNPS Healthcare plan can earn a $50 per month ($500 per year) wellness credit in 2020 and all employees can earn Rally Coins.

In four easy steps, you can earn 100% participation by July 31, 2019, while getting healthier, earning the NNPS wellness credit.

Ready to Get Started?

  • Go to www.werally.com/client/nnps/register/
  • Enter Your eligibility information.
  • Enter your employee ID with lead-in zeros to make 9 digits. Simply add four or five zeros to your ID number (for example, if your ID number is 12345, type 000012345).
  • Create a user name and password.
  • To view the NNPS reward program, click on the Reward tab on the dashboard.
  • IMPORTANT:  If using the downloadable mobile app only, use the Mobile Access Code: NNPS01.

Then Follow Four Easy Steps

Step 1: Complete Your Rally Health Survey (35%)

Your Rally experience starts with a simple, fun Rally Health Survey designed to help you better understand your overall health. After completing the survey, you'll learn your Rally Age, a number that tells you how healthy your habits are for a person your age.

Step 2: Complete a Biometric Screening (35%)

Make an appointment to see your primary care physician (or attend one of the NNPS Health Screening Clinics held in 2019), get your biometric screening completed, and have your physician complete the biometric screening form and send it to Rally. A biometric screening consists of a blood draw to measure your total cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol, cardiac risk, triglycerides and glucose. The screening will also check your blood pressure and body composition (including height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist measurement).

Physician forms will be available online October 15, 2018. Employees who had their annual physical between August 1, 2018 and October 15, 2018 may still earn their percentage points by taking the physician form to their health care provider and having them complete it and submit it to Rally.

Step 3: Complete Two Preventative Screenings (25%)

Regular preventative care screenings can help detect problems before they start or when chances for treatment and cure are better. Complete at least two from this list to earn your percentage points.

  • Physical Exam
  • Dental Exam
  • Prostate Exam
  • Flu Shot
  • Skin Cancer Screening

Step 4: Participate in Program Activities or Missions (5% or more)

Take part in wellness and fitness activities and earn percentage points. There is something for everyone. Rally offers a variety of friendly competitions to push you to the next level. Compete against friends or other Rally members, or just go for a personal best. You can earn rewards for making progress in activities like walking, running, biking, swimming, even yoga and special events (2019 NNPS Wellness Expo, 5K run, community sponsored health and wellness events).

To encourage us to stay well and healthy year round, Rally keeps the rewards coming. After reaching 100% participation, you can continue to earn Rally Coins, giving you more opportunities to win some cool prizes.
