Why are you passionate about supporting fellow teachers?
I remember embarking on my Art teaching journey. Having a supportive colleague available to observe, ask questions, and help me through my first few months would have been beneficial. I am eager to be that person for other teachers. I can help to build their confidence and guide them along their path to success in their classroom.
What do you love most about teaching?
My favorite part about teaching Art is seeing the children succeed with a skill or technique that they previously thought was too daunting to attempt. When their faces light up with pride as they finish and display their projects, my heart feels full.
