Newport News Public Schools is planning for the future and has embarked on a long-range Facilities Master Plan to identify and prioritize the needs of our school buildings.

NNPS has engaged Cooperative Strategies, a national school facility planning firm, to assist with the development of the plan, which will guide major capital improvements including new construction, renovations and consolidations.

NNPS has currently identified over $500 million in project priorities. Families, staff, students and the community are invited to lend their voice to the process by identifying their priorities.
