Vendor Self Service can help you and your business to:

  • Communicate commodities and services your company is qualified to supply.

  • Update your company address, contact, or e-mail information.

  • Switch to EFT payments for faster, more secure payment.

  • View Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Payment Information in real-time.
     

Before entering Vendor Self Service, please open and review each of the following:

  1. The Newport News Public Schools VSS User Guide (pdf).

  2. Downloadable Vendor Registration Form (pdf)

  3. W-9 or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Form, which must be signed and uploaded.

  4. List of available commodity codes (pdf) you will associate with your vendor account. Select as many as needed.

  5. The Newport News Public Schools Vendor's Guide (pdf).
     

Vendor Self Service does NOT enroll you in the bid process.
