Field Trip Request
The new EZActivityTrips, formerly called TravelTracker, for Newport News Public Schools is live!
Because the EZActivityTrips system requires a more stringent password to increase security, you will need to re-register your school email address during your first log-in.
Registering to use the new system is simple. Please visit trips.transact.com/newportva to register as soon as possible. You will use the same user id and password for some of your district software, such as your email.
Please watch your email for information from Sharon Cooke about virtual online training for school nurses, child nutrition contacts, and users responsible for approving trip requests.
To smooth the transition, requesters should view our training video about requesting a trip and viewing your existing requests. After watching the training video, please contact Shawn Ross, (757) 881-5052 x.13105, in the Transportation Department if you need additional training.
