The Chief Operations Officer oversees the district's non-instructional departments, including School Safety and Security, Assessments and Accountability, Technology, Nutrition and Wellness, Transportation, and Plant Services. Mr. Fairheart ensures these areas operate efficiently and support student learning.

Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer manages the district's financial operations to ensure resources are used effectively and responsibly to support the district's educational goals. Ms. Minto oversees the departments of Budget, ERP and Data Analytics, Procurement, Accounting, and Payroll.

Kipp Rogers, Ph.D.
Chief Academic Officer

The Chief Academic Officer leads the district's instructional programs, curriculum development, and assessment initiatives to improve student achievement. Dr. Rogers works with school leaders and teachers to ensure high-quality, equitable learning experiences that align with state standards and district goals. He oversees the departments of Teaching and Learning, Special Education and Student Support Services, Academic Enrichment and Intervention, Professional School Counseling, Professional Growth and Innovation, and Instructional Technology.

The Chief Schools Officer supports and supervises school principals to strengthen leadership capacity and improve student outcomes. Dr. Smith provides coaching, guidance, and oversight to ensure each school fosters a positive, effective, and equitable learning environment. He oversees the departments of Elementary, Middle and High School Leadership, Student Athletics, and Student Conduct and Discipline.
