Our PK-12 Leadership Coaches provide personalized, non-evaluative coaching to support both current and aspiring administrators.
Teacher Coaches
Teacher Coaches in NNPS specialize by grade level and provide job-embedded, customized support. Through co-planning, modeling lessons, co-teaching, and classroom observations, they offer timely feedback and encouragement tailored to each educator’s needs. Our coaches build strong collaborative relationships and use research-based practices to support teachers who are new to the profession, new to NNPS, or new to a grade level. In addition, Teacher Coaches facilitate professional learning designed around individual and division needs.
By combining expertise in instruction with a supportive, relationship-based approach, Teacher Coaches help new teachers grow in confidence and skill, ensuring students benefit from engaging, effective teaching in all of our schools.

Our Leadership Coaches also facilitate the NNPS Aspiring Leaders Academy for educators interested in pursuing a career in leadership and the NNPS Aspiring Principals Academy for current leaders who wish to pursue a principalship.
